WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
At Luvvo, we’re committed to preparing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and production before shipment.
During high-demand periods (such as promotions or sales), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery times vary depending on stock availability:

From U.K. warehouse: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

From international warehouse (if temporarily out of stock in the UK.): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
In case your order is shipped from our international warehouse, all additional costs (customs, shipping, taxes, etc.) will be covered by us. You won’t be charged extra.
All shipments are securely packaged and fully trackable throughout the delivery process.
Please note that uncontrollable factors (such as holidays, weather disruptions, or natural disasters) may cause unexpected delays. While most shipments arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Any delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
LEGAL NOTICE
Once a package is handed over to the local shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the customer. We ensure all packages are in proper condition before dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, damages, incorrect deliveries, or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by the shipping provider or incorrect address information.
Shipping is a third-party service included in your order. Therefore, any shipping issues must be resolved with the carrier directly by the recipient.
MY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT
We understand how important your order is!
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, please check with:

Safe delivery locations around your property
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and the delivery location matches your address, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
Luvvo is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if you cannot locate your package.
ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD PROTECTION
We’re committed to protecting every transaction and creating a safe, trustworthy shopping experience.
To achieve this, we’ve implemented additional verification procedures for orders flagged as high-risk.
What triggers a high-risk flag?
Large order size, rapid repeat orders, inconsistencies in payment or shipping details, and more.
Our system uses advanced algorithms to identify these.
What happens next?
We’ll contact the customer via email or SMS to confirm order details. Additional information may be requested to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
Shipping delay
High-risk orders will not be shipped until the verification is complete. This is to protect both our customers and our business from potential fraud.

Please respond to verification requests promptly. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
Chargebacks and disputes
If a customer disputes or initiates a chargeback for an order awaiting verification, the dispute will be considered invalid. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

All information provided during verification will be handled with the strictest confidentiality and used solely for validation purposes.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot verify or suspect to be fraudulent.
COVID-19 POLICY
Please note that due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19, some delivery times may be longer than usual.
Delays may be caused by local postal service restrictions or a high volume of shipments.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Absolutely. Once your item ships, a tracking number will be provided.
Please note that your order may be shipped from different warehouses depending on the product’s origin and availability.
You can track your order anytime via the Track Your Order section on our website.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our fast processing times, we do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.
If you no longer need the item, please wait for delivery and then contact us at support@luvvo.co to arrange a return and refund.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@luvvo.co so we can help fix it before the item ships.
